Liz's freshly baked Cornish cream teas bring praise from around the globe ;-) The Rodda's Cornish clotted cream is made using milk from Callestock Farm's very own cows, the scones are baked fresh in Liz's kitchen, and the strawberry jam is made locally. So when the lovely lady who makes the jam stopped making preserves, desperate times called for desperate measures - time for a fruity new jam recipe in the Callestock kitchen.
