Wheal Jane is a beautifully restored first-floor apartment, set within our quiet little courtyard. This charming property blends character with modern comfort.

Featuring open beams, rustic stone walls, and wooden floors, Wheal Jane offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious lounge features two large, soft leather sofas—perfect for relaxing in front of the Juliet balcony or the cosy wood-burning stove.

Facilities includes a large Smart TV, Sony music system, DVD player, and a bookshelf stocked with books and jigsaw puzzles.

Our generous bathroom always impresses. Indulge in the whirlpool bath or enjoy the separate powerful shower.

The bedroom boasts a stunning 6 ft super king-size bed with an ultra-soft carpet underfoot. Our guests always praise the comfort of our beds.

The modern kitchen features granite worktops and quality stainless steel cookware, cutlery, and china. Appliances include an eye-level oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave oven.

Guests can enjoy their own private patio area, bathed in sunshine throughout the day and into the evening—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a book.

My parents found this exquisite little courtyard several years ago and I started bringing my other half here when we first met over 5 years ago. Since then our family has grown and we have just had a fantastic week in Orchard Cottage with our three year old daughter.
