Fresh Cornish Pasties – Straight from the Aga
Enjoy a true Cornish classic, freshly baked in our farmhouse kitchen every Tuesday – ready just in time for tea.
Simply place your order with Liz when you arrive and collect from the farmhouse at around 6pm.
Victoria Sponge Cake – A Guest Favourite
Many of our regular guests have already fallen in love with our homemade Victoria Sponge.

They’re known for their delicious bacon baps, freshly brewed coffee, and an irresistible selection of tummy-pleasing pastries (Liz’s favourite is the Cinnamon Whirl!). Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a relaxed morning, Gorse is well worth a visit.
