Booking Terms & Conditions

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your holiday, details are shown on the Booking Summary.

The balance for your holiday must be paid one month before the date of arrival. Payment details are shown on the booking summary.

Should you have to cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay the total amount due. However every effort will be made to re-let the property in which case 75% of the cost will be returned. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.

The properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. We would appreciate notification of any breakages to ensure that the unit is fully equipped for future guests.

We permit the guests and members of the guests party (but no-one else) to occupy the property for holiday purposes only. No more than the maximum number of persons stated on the website may occupy a property unless by prior written agreement with us. Extra charges may be applicable.




You are required to vacate the property by 10 am on departure day. All properties are prepared to a high standard of cleanliness and therefore we appreciate arrivals not before 3pm. We are unable to accommodate pets and smoking is prohibited in all properties.

Short breaks are available on most properties all year round.

Wheal Anna, Wheal Hope, Wheal Jane and Wheal Kitty are unsuitable for children under the age of 15.  We are able to accommodate a babe in arms in Wheal Busy.

Orchard Cottage, Wheal Anna and Wheal Hope are Saturday changeover.  Callestock Vean, Wheal Busy, Wheal Kitty and Wheal Jane are Friday changeover.
