New Games Barn at Callestock Courtyard Cottages

We’re thrilled to introduce a new facility for our guests at Callestock Courtyard – our Games Room, set in a charming rustic barn with breathtaking countryside views! Whether you’re looking to unwind or you’re up for a challenge, this is the perfect place to make holiday memories.

We’re always looking at ways to enhance our guests’ experience here at Callestock, and this winter, we’ve been busy transforming one of our old barns into something we think is very special.  With it’s stunning valley views, we knew this space had the potential to be more than just at storage area – so we turned it into a fantastic new games room for everyone to enjoy!

With a little help from Liz, Ben and Jess, Nick as worked hard to bring this vision to life.  And what better way to break it in than with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve Party right here on the farm? It ws a fabulous evening and it’s safe to say that it’s already a hit!

What’s Inside?

Whether you’re a competitive player or just in it for the fun (like Liz, Nick, Ben and Jess, who admit they’re not exactly pros!), there’s something for everyone in our new games room.  All free to use, here’s what you’ll find:-

• Table Tennis
• Pool Table
• Darts
• Giant Jenga
• Giant Connect 4
• Table Football
• Wood burning stove for those chillier evenings
• French doors and picture window to soak in the breathtaking views and sunsets (you may even catch a glimpse of the resident deer or foxes in the meadow)

It’s the perfect place to meet fellow guests, enjoy a friendly match, or even challenge Liz, Nick, Ben or Jess to a game or two.  And if you fancy a drink, help yourself to something from our honesty bar – we’ll raise a glass to some fantastic evenings of fun and games!  And who knows you may even get a barman on the occasional evening!

Even on rainy days, when the Cornish weather doesn’t co-operate, the games room offers a cosy and entertaining spot to spend some time.
