Perranporth Beach
Our Closest and Most Loved
Just a short drive from our cottages, Perranporth Beach stretches for over three miles. With fantastic surf, stunning cliff-top walks, and a laid-back atmosphere, it’s a favourite for guests and locals alike. Liz and Nick often enjoy an evening stroll here, followed by a drink at The Watering Hole – the UK’s only bar right on the beach.
Crantock & Holywell Bay
Wild Beauty and TV Fame
Around 15 minutes away, the charming village of Crantock leads to a lovely, peaceful beach backed by dunes and the River Gannel. It’s perfect for walking, wildlife spotting, and paddling. Just around the corner lies Holywell Bay, known for its iconic twin rocks and dramatic scenes from BBC’s Poldark series and the opening scenes for the James Bond movie Die Another Day. A must-visit for coastal views and sandy adventures.
