Heavenly Wheal Hope is on the ground floor and all on one level, making it perfect for guests with restricted mobility. This charming apartment enjoys a perfect situation within our peaceful courtyard of Cornish holiday cottages. It has achieved 4 star and a Gold Award from Quality in Tourism! Wheal Hope has been described by regular guests to be simply delightful, comfortable and just as good as home if not better. It has charming beamed ceilings, lovely wooden floors and exposed old stonework.
The lounge is extremely spacious with a very comfy fabric sofa, and chair, perfect for curling up in front of the real wood burning stove. Sony music system, 32” digital Sony TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player. The bookcase is full of books and a choice of jigsaws. Fantastic contemporary bathroom! Stunning whirlpool bath, large shower with separate hand held shower head plus a heated and lit mirror.
The bedroom has a stunning super kingsize bed with solid pine furniture and carpet that your toes will sink into. All of our guests say how comfortable our beds are! Large kitchen area which has been totally updated and is extremely well equipped with quality stainless steel cookware, cutlery and china crockery. Built-in appliances include eye level cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave oven.
Wheal Hope’s patio is just outside the front door and is ideal for a relaxed breakfast in the sunshine or just sitting watching the wildlife visit our bird table.
