Callestock COVID19 Secure Policy

 

As Covid-19 restrictions are lifted by the UK Government, we plan to do so in a cautious and careful way to help keep our guests, staff and the wider community as safe as possible.  

Your safety has been paramount throughout the pandemic and we have been awarded the Safe, Clean and Legal certification from Quality in Tourism following inspection of our enhanced clean protocols and Covid risk assessments. We are members of the Professional Association of Self Caterers (PASC) and have adopted their enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the Pandemic and will continue to do so. 

Our pre-arrival email will be sent out about a week prior to your stay and will advise arrival and departure times.  We now only ask a couple of things of you to help us out before you leave Callestock, they are to open the windows and to strip the beds.

In accordance with our terms and conditions where holiday booking has to be cancelled by yourselves or by us due to COVID restrictions, we will offer you the opportunity to move your holiday to a different date (availability permitting) or offer you a full guaranteed refund. 

NB The guaranteed refund covers national lockdowns and tier restrictions only- it does NOT cover you (or any member of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance, which we strongly recommend.
