Last October we were thrilled to host the TV chef Tom Kerridge here on the farm.  He arrived at the crack of dawn, getting here in time to help Nick and Ben to milk the Jerseys as he was after some of our rich creamy milk for the recipe that he was going to make later in the day.  Tom is a lovely chap and got stuck in with helping putting the clusters on the cows very quickly. 

 Here he is undergoing training with Nick and he was very keen to learn.

As you can see, he's a very tall chap and our milking parlour is designed for Cornish pixies! 

Inquisitive as ever, the cows love to meet someone new.  Ben was waxing lyrical at this stage about the cows and about farming in general.
